RSVP

  • Due to limited capacity in the venue, we ask you to let us know if you will be attending by April 15th, 2025

  • Please RSVP via the button in the top right corner of this website.

  • Yes, please! If your plans change that is fine, but we just want to get a rough idea of numbers.

The Wedding

  • Please arrive between 13:30 and 14:00. This will give you time to settle and greet the bride and groom before the ceremony begins at 14:30.

For evening guests, we welcome you to join the party from 20:00.

  • The dress code is Black Tie.

If you're looking for some guidance, this pinterest board can help: https://pin.it/6az9d3Bwi

  • We've hired a professional photographer to capture all aspects of our big day so our guests can unplug, be present, and enjoy the day.

We ask that you please refrain from having your phone out during the ceremony. Thank you!

  • Weather permitting, the wedding will mostly take place outside.

Should we get lucky with the weather, the ceremony will be outside on the lawn so we recommend against very stilettos.

  • Although we love your kids, the events during the wedding day will be adults-only.

Children are welcome to join the Welcome Party on Friday May 16.

  • Weather in The Netherlands can be a bit of wild card, but the average in the month of May tends to be 15-18 degrees.

  • The party at Central Park will need to end at midnight, meaning those who wish to keep the party going will need to move the party to The Hague.

We will make arrangements for an afterparty location closer to the wedding date.

Getting to/from the Wedding Venue

  • The venue is easily accessible by Uber (recommended), Bolt or Taxi from The Hague. The trip takes 15-20 minutes from the city center of The Hague, and with Uber costs around €20.

For taxi, the hotel concierge at the venue can call a taxi at your desired departure time.

  • The following train stations are closest,

Voorburg - 14 minute walk - closest station for Sprinter trains

Leidschendam-Voorburg - 17 minute walk - for Metro & Trams from The Hague or Rotterdam

Den Haag Laan van NOI - 9 minute drive - closest for Intercity Trains, but we recommend getting an Uber from the station to the venue

  • Limited parking is available at the venue. If you intend to drive and would like to inquire about parking at the venue, please contact Just or Shannon.

The Welcome Event

  • Yes! Everyone who is invited to the wedding is welcome to join us on Friday May 16 to kick off the wedding weekend.

  • Of course! The welcome party is a completely optional event and you can RSVP for both events separately.

The welcome party is intended to provide a relaxed setting to spend some time with the bride & groom and other guests ahead of the big day.

  • Yes, please! This lets us know how much space we need and how many bitterballen to order.

Everything Else

  • Gifts are not expected. We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration, and especially since many of you are travelling to be there your presence is a gift in itself!

If you would like to give a gift, we would appreciate a contribution to our Honeymoon trip to Mexico.
